We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes for large or hazardous items

  • Signature may be required for high-value items

  • Delivery to alternative addresses can be arranged with the carrier

8. Delivery Issues

10. Special Shipping Instructions

10.1 Lift Gate Service

Available for heavy items delivered to locations without loading dock. Additional fees apply.

10.2 Inside Delivery

Standard delivery is curbside. Inside delivery available upon request with additional fees.

10.3 Appointment Scheduling

Large freight deliveries may require appointment scheduling. Carrier will contact you to arrange delivery time.
